How often should I get a facial?
For maintaining optimal skin health and for best long-term results, we recommend a facial treatment every 4 to 6 weeks. This aligns with your skin’s natural cell turnover cycle.

Is there any downtime after a facial?
Generally, no. Both the HydraFacial and our Sensitive Facial are non-invasive with no social downtime. You may experience slight redness, particularly after extractions, but this usually subsides within an hour. You can typically return to your normal activities immediately.

What should I do to prepare for my facial?
For all facials, please stop using Retinol, Tretinoin, high-concentration Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), and other aggressive exfoliants 48 to 72 hours before your appointment. Come with clean skin if possible, and be ready to discuss your skin concerns with your therapist.

Can I wear makeup immediately after?
While you can, we highly recommend allowing your skin to breathe and fully absorb the nourishing serums for at least a few hours. If you must wear makeup, please use clean brushes and only light mineral-based products.
